In which Dennis and I deliver another hefty slap to friend of the pod, Owen Jones, to a Very Cross Dresser on Woman’s Hour, to a failed Parliamentary candidate and to the London Ambulance Service’s virtue signalling.
No that Emma Barnett did a great job in demolishing Mr Richards and Ms Hughes can the BBC please have some of our GC heroes on Woman's Hour at last? Helen J, Kathleen S, Kellie Jay etc etc
I will be tweeting the link to this one if you don’t mind, Dennis and Clive, as I think this is one of the most important episodes you’ve ever done. As much fun as it is to point and laugh at Owen Jones, this gave me a 💡 moment about how dangerous he is.
Terrific episode, sirs. After that Woman's Hour interview with the highly offensive pain-tourist, 'Steph' Richards, it's worth mentioning that one of the many dreadful side-effects for girls who take testosterone is an increased risk of endometrial cancer, as detailed in 'Irreversible Damage' by Abigail Shrier.
It's not just all incendiary language--- it's unhinged and divorced from reality --- just like his "gender" stance. Just like the "Freedom Rapist" supporters. What a collection of knee-jerk dolts make up the Faux Left these days. Did I just say---"Democracy Now," --- anyone?
I quibble with one part of the Owen Jones discussion, that he never changes course, and it's a instructive example.
Earlish in Corbyn's leadership of Labour, little OJ wrote an overlong, handwringing WordPress post about why this was maybe not the way forward for Labour. He was then taken to task by Corbynite peers (recent PhDs, social media mavens, etc) and in response he doubled down on Corbyn. They were satisfied he was going to be a good boy from then on. In my opinion, he's been running scared ever since.
On this International Men’s Day, what better way to pass the time is thee than 2 listen to Clive & Dennis, roasting Talcum X and Big Steph? 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
This is great thanks, only just discovered you two. I wrote a song about owen jones can i send it to you please? Its very silly, doesn’t really add a lot to the discuss around identity politics. Either way, thanks for the posts! and i look forwards to future listening.
London's Museum of Childhood has been captured and false comparisons are (yet again) being made between Section 28 and 'the fight for trans rights', in this Instagram post by Bex Wade: https://www.instagram.com/p/CzyPVWYojyM
Thanks, both, for another great episode.

Unfortunately the BBC have put Helen Joyce on a block list and won't invite her on to the very shows where she is very much needed.
'Now that' not 'no that' 😎

I genuinely feel frightened at the moment, it is clear incitement. Poor Wes Streeting.

As usual, I love your content - your humour, perspective and intelligent discussion. Thank you
As for Jess Phillips, she's always been a bit of a moron. But I appreciated the way she was willing to challenge Owen Jones.
